Where products are sold
This website shows our products but does not sell them. Printables are sold on Etsy and paperbacks on Amazon. Prices, payment, delivery, cancellations and refunds are handled by those stores under their own terms, and the price shown there at checkout is the one that applies.
License for printables
- Puzzle and coloring printables: unlimited prints for personal and family use. Teachers and activity coordinators may print copies for their own class or group.
- Real estate templates: unlimited prints for your own business.
- You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files, or sell printed copies.
Mobile apps
Our apps are published on the App Store and Google Play by 16X9 FİLM YAPIM BİLİŞİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, which offers them under their own terms: see the Onyx & Aura Puzzles terms of use and privacy policy, the Onyx & Aura Open House terms of use and privacy policy, and the Apps page.
Content and AI
All designs, puzzles and text on this website and in our products belong to The Onyx & Aura. Some page text and illustrations are created with the help of AI tools and then edited and checked by us. Puzzles are generated and verified by our own software.
Free puzzle on the home page
The playable sudoku on the home page is free to use in your browser. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the website and our files accurate, but the website is provided as is. Templates are general-purpose tools and are not legal, financial or real estate advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
